Pistachio  Raspberry White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars.
  2. Add egg and beat in.
  3. Add vanilla and raspberry jam.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Mix together flour and baking soda.
  6. Gradually add flour mixture to batter.
  7. Stir in nuts and chips.
  8. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets,
  9. About 2 apart.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  11. Don't overbake.
  12. Cool on racks.
  13. Freezes well
