Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of butter (1 stick)
  • if you do not want to make this wheat-free and stay with the original recipe for the magic layer bar cookies, substitute the almond flour for 1 1/2 to 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour the melted butter into a 13x9 inch pan covered in Release Aluminum foil leaving extra on the sides for easy removal.
  3. Pour the almond flour (crushed almonds) directly over the butter and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan.
  4. Sprinkle the pistachios over the crust evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the white and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the condensed milk over the chips as evenly as possible.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes and then cool completely.
