Directions:

  1. Grind the pistachio's and att flour to the mixture.
  2. Dip the halibut into the milk
  3. Dip into the flour mixed bater
  4. Than put into a lightly spray EVOO pan. fry until cooked.
  5. Serve over quinoa ;)
