Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. tuna
  • 3 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic

Directions:

  1. Season tuna with cayenne, salt, pepper and chili powder. Sear on both sides in pan with garlic. Pour pineapple juice in pan with fish and cover for 3 min. Add Pineapple chunks, honey, and sugar and saute another 2 minutes. Add a sprinkle of cornstarch to make sauce thick top with a dash of lemon juice and salt to taste. Serve with Rice and asparagus or swiss chard.
