Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 slices white bread
  • 1 (6 oz) can crushed pineapple

Directions:

  1. Mix butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
  3. Stir in pineapple.
  4. Fold in bread.
  5. Pour into medium casserole dish(greased.).
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
