Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the milk,sugar and butter in a saucepan and bring to boiling point.
  2. Add the pineapple and cook over medium heat to soft ball stage or 235 degrees,stirring constantly.
  3. Cool.
  4. Add the lemon juice and beat until thick.
  5. Turn into a buttered platter and cut into squares.
  6. Decorat with pecans.
