Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, soda, salt, eggs and pineapple. Pour batter into a greased and floured 7 x 11 pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over the batter. Bake for 30 minutes.
