Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • filling
  • 2 , 8 oz. package. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • topping
  • 2 cups coconut

Directions:

  1. Crust:
  2. Mix together and put into a 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350F for 15 min.
  4. Cool completely
  5. Filling:
  6. Beat cream cheese with sugar and milk. Add vanilla, mix well.
  7. Fold in pineapple by hand.
  8. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
  9. Topping:
  10. Mix coconut and butter.
  11. Sprinkle evenly over cream cheese layer.
  12. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
  13. Cool completely and refrigerate before cutting and serving.
