  1. Blend pineapple, water, lime juice, and sugar in a blender until very smooth. Fill 6 tumblers with ice and pour 2 tablespoons vodka into each. Divide pineapple mixture among glasses and stir.
  2. Cooks' note: Pineapple mixture (without vodka) can be blended 1 day ahead and chilled, covered.
