Pimento Cheese Spread (My mom's recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb box velveeta cheese
  • 1 -2 jar pimiento
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Grind or mash Velveeta and pimiento.
  2. Add other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve with crackers or as my family does- spread on bread as a sandwich.
