Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spray a 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
  3. Cook the hamburger in a skillet,until brown.
  4. Drain the meat.
  5. Add the garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
  6. Then add the frozen peppers and onoions.
  7. Stir in the Cheese Whiz.
  8. Warm until hot.
  9. In a bowl mix the Bisquick,egg,and milk until blended.
  10. Pour half the batter into the bottom of the dish.
  11. Top with the beef mixture.
  12. Pour the remaining batter on top of the casserole.
  13. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
