Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine butter, cheeses, garlic, shallots and vermouth. Blend well.
  2. Season with pepper.
  3. Oil a 4 to 5 C straight sided mold, bowl. Line with plastic wrap.
  4. Layer 1/2 inch pine nuts, then sun-dried tomatoes, pesto and cheese mixture.
  5. Fold plastic over top. Press to compact.
  6. Refridgerate
  7. To serve, remove from mold and invert onto serving plate.
  8. Let stand loosely covered at room temp for about an hour to soften.
  9. Can be prepared up to 5 days in advance.
  10. Serve with your favorite party crackers.
