Pesto Caesar Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 large tomatoes , cut into 1/4 inch thick slices (about 12 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Overlap sliced tomatoes on serving patter.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together dressing, onion, and pesto.
  3. Drizzle dresssing over tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
