Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 3 oz basil
  • 3 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Lightly toast the pine nuts over medium heat on non-stick pan (no need for non-stick spray).
  2. Combine all ingredients in food processor, and mix until generally smooth.
  3. Combine pesto mixture with cooked pasta and toss to coat.
