Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) jar sweet bell peppers in hot vinegar sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Thaw puff pastry per package directions.
  3. Prepare a half or quarter sheet pan with parchment paper to fit.
  4. Spread the pastry out on work surface, with a pastry cutter divide into 12 equal squares.
  5. Prick each square with a fork so it doesn’t puff too much during baking.
  6. Top with the marinated peppers.
  7. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
  8. Depending on your oven, bake for 15-25 minutes, until the pastry is lightly golden brown.
  9. Serve hot or warm.
