Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp paul prodommes blackend redfish magic seasoning
  • 1 tbsp cavendars all purpose greek seasoning

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle steaks with garlic powder, blackened season, and greek seasoning on both sides and push / pat seasonings into meat.
  2. Lay steaks flat in a ziploc freezer bag and drizzle eaqual amounts of worcestershire on both sides.
  3. Remove all aire from bag, seal and freeze.
  4. Pop in fridge a few days before needed to thaw and marinate, grill to desired way and enjoy.
