Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2-2/3 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Sift the flour and salt into large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in yeast
  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour the water and oil in to the well.
  4. Mix with a spoon to a soft dough.
  5. Turn out dough on lightly floured surface and knead for about 7-10 mins until dough is smooth and elastic.
  6. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled its size
  7. Punch down the dough and knead again for 2-3 minutes
  8. Roll or strech out dough to fit pizza pan. top with sauce and cheese.
  9. Place in 425 F preheated over for 15-20 mins until crisp and golden.
