Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Empty flour into mixing bowl add the Sugar, salt and yeast. Mix together and make a well in the middle. Pour the water and oil in and start to combine. Ideally use a food processor to mix the dough, if not knead for 10 mins. Leave to rise for 1 - 2 hours covered in a bowl with a damp T Towel.
  2. Meanwhile pour to passata into a frying pan and put on a low heat, add the puree, garlic and basil and simmer for 10 mins. Remove the garlic and basil to discard.
  3. When dough is done, split it in half. This will make 2 14 pizzas. So if you only want one then freeze half the mixture. Roll it out and put it on a pizza stone/tray. Dress the pizza and cook for 15 mins in a pre heated oven 220c
