Ingredients:

  • 4 cup. assorted rough chopped peppers
  • 1/4 cup. vinegar
  • 1/4 cup. sugar or honey

Directions:

  1. Roughly chop peppers. remove seeds if you wish for a milder finish. use lots of different peppers. some of my favorites are: bananas, pimentos, cowhorns, anchos, jalapeno & paper lantern.
  2. Slice onion.
  3. Add veggies, vinegar, and sweetener to a food processor. pulse until well blended but not pureed.
