Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1) spray cooking griddle/pan with Pam
  2. 2) on shallow plate/bowl mix eggs, milk, & vanilla together
  3. 3) use cookie cutter to cut the center out of the bread (I save the centers for special sandwiches, toast, or french toast on another day)
  4. 4) cover the bread w/egg mixture
  5. 5) take all the left over egg mixture and pour it in the center of the french toast (optional cook egg mixture on the side if you want more fluffy texture)
  6. 6) when both sides are golden brown and egg in center is cooked remove and plate
  7. 7) sprinkle top with a very little dusting of cinnamon
  8. 8) top with powder sugar (optional)
  9. Enjoy!
  10. Other options that work after cooking are to create a fruit cup center or use the center to hold syrup.
