Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
  4. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
  5. Lay a square of foil on top of the pie if it starts to get too brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
