Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1- 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • filling
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Crust:
  2. Mix margarine, cream cheese and flour.
  3. Form into 24 small balls.
  4. Pat into MINI muffin tins.
  5. Filling:
  6. Mix brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and pecans together.
  7. Put 1 tsp. of filling mixture into crust.
  8. Bake 305 degrees for 15 minutes.
