My favorite Christmas goodie from Grandma's house. Ingredients:
crust |
1 stick margarine |
1- 3 oz. cream cheese |
1 cup flour |
filling |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 t. butter |
1 egg |
3/4 tsp. vanilla |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Crust:
2. Mix margarine, cream cheese and flour.
3. Form into 24 small balls.
4. Pat into MINI muffin tins.
5. Filling:
6. Mix brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and pecans together.
7. Put 1 tsp. of filling mixture into crust.
8. Bake 305 degrees for 15 minutes.
