  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • filling
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini-muffin pan well with vegetable oil spray'including the top. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter till light and fluffy.. Add the flour and salt, mix well.
  2. Line the cups of a mini-muffin pan with crust dough, being sure to press the dough up the sides. you can either put a ballof doughinto each slot and work it into shapes up the side or roll out dough and cut a biscuit round and press it in-either way works.
  3. In seperate bowl, combine filling ingredients and mix well. Pour into the pastry-lined muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins until brown and almost firm. Let cool briefly before removing from the pan-they come out best when warm but not hot.
