Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl.
  3. Whisk sugar and butter in large bowl, 1 minute. Whisk in egg and vanilla.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients, then raisins and nuts.
  5. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto sheets.
  6. Bake about 12 minutes.
  7. Transfer parchment to racks; cool.
