Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup. (1 stick) butter
  • 1 1/2 cup. chopped pecans
  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Press mixture on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. In small bowl, combine pecans,sweetened condensed milk, eggs and lemon juice; pour over crust.
  6. Bake 25 minutes or until filling is set.
  7. Cool.
  8. Cut into bars.
  9. Store covered at room temperature.
