Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Combine the flour and salt; add to creamed mixture.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Cover & chill 1 hr. or until firm.
  6. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 min. roll in confectioners sugar while warm....roll in sugar again.
  8. Makes about 4 dozen
