Pear Pistachio and Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Grease and flour loaf tin.
  3. Put flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, butter and eggs in food processor.
  4. Blend until just combined. (Do not over blend).
  5. Transfer to mixing bowl. Stir in chocolate, pear, pistachios and orange zest.
  6. Pour mixture into loaf tin.
  7. Bake 60 minutes or until skewer inserted coes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes then turn onto cake rack to cool.
