Ingredients:

  • 8 lbs ripe pears

Directions:

  1. Wash pears; peel, core and grind.
  2. Wash oranges and lemons; remove seeds and ends.
  3. Grind citrus, skins and all.
  4. Place all the fruit in stainless steel kettle, add sugar and stir well.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook until clear.
  6. Pour into sterilized jelly glasses and seal.
