  1. Kale and Pear Green Smoothie
  2. Yield: 4 cups (960 ml)
  3. Preparation: 10 minutes
  4. Processing: 45 seconds

  6. Cup (160 g) green grapes
  7. (140 g) orange, peeled
  8. /2 (89 g) Bartlett pear, seeded
  9. (118 g) fresh banana, peeled
  10. Cup (70 g) kale
  11. /2 cup (120 ml) water
  12. Cups (480 ml) ice cubes
  13. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  14. Select Variable 1.
  15. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  16. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
