Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shred pears (asian pear or any kind of pear)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Directions:

  1. Put everything in a medium pot and cook about 30 minutes at medium heat.
