Pear Ginger Tea

Try it and you will love it. I would like to have a cup of warm ginger tea in winter, and a cup of cold ginger tea in summer.
Ingredients:
2 cups shred pears (asian pear or any kind of pear)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 liter water
1 cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons shred fresh ginger
Directions:
1. Put everything in a medium pot and cook about 30 minutes at medium heat.
