Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, dissolve sugar by adding water slowly.
  2. Add cinnamon.
  3. Heat until smooth, clear syrup forms.
  4. Serve over flan.
