Directions:

  1. Arrange 1c salad between 4 plates
  2. Divide pears, dates, & 2Tbs walnuts evenly over salads
  3. Combine
  4. Olive oil, sherry vinegar, salt, pepper. Whisk together. Drizzle evenly over salads
  5. Top each salad w/ 1/2 oz of shaved cheese
