Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients except sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the center.
  2. In another container combine oil, eggs, sugar, pears and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
  3. Spoon mixture into two greased 8.5x2.5 inch loaf pans.
  4. Bake in a 325 degree oven 60-70 minutes.
  5. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
  6. Keep wrapped for freshness.
  7. Yields: 2 medium loaves
