Pear And Spicy Wine Bath Dessert

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put wine, sugar, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon jiuce, clove and back pepper on a large pot.
  2. Start cooking it on medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Meanwhile peel the pears (take a look at the photo).
  4. Softly boil the pears in the wine for 20 to 35 minutes.
  5. Take the pears carefully and put it on a serving dish or bowl.
  6. Keep cooking the wine till it's reduced to half.
  7. Drain the wine over the pears.
  8. Cool it for 3 hours.
  9. Serve with whipped cream if you like.
