Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Have ungreased cookie.
  2. Sheets ready.
  3. Beat together in a mixing bowl, shortening and sugars.
  4. Until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating.
  5. Well after each addition. Blend in peanut butter.
  6. Mix dry ingredients together and stir into batter add.
  7. Rolled oats. Shape dough to form small 1-inch balls.
  8. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
  9. With a floured fork press each ball into criss cross pattern.
  10. Press with fork tongs 1 way and then across. Bake in oven.
  11. For 12 minutes or until light brown.
