Peanut Butter Oaties

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together flour, baking powder, soda, oats, and salt.
  2. In a seperate bowl beat together butters with sugars until creamy.
  3. Add the egg and mix in peanut butter, water and vanilla.
  4. Stir in flour mixture.
  5. Drop on baking sheets tbsp 2-inches apart.
  6. Use a fork to flatten slightly.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until soft in center.
  8. Let cool.
