Peanut Butter, Jelly & Apple Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Microwave tortillas 10 seconds to soften.
  2. Spread each with a tablespoon of peanut butter and 2 tsp jam.
  3. Heat oven to 400°F.
  4. Place 2-3 apple wedges down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Roll up tortillas.
  6. Transfer rolls to baking sheet.
  7. Brush with melted butter.
  8. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small cup.
  9. Sprinkle half of mixture on top of each roll.
  10. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let cool 5 minutes before eating.
