Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter. Stir in flour. Cover. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until dough is firm.
  2. Shape into 24 one inch balls. Place each ball into an ungreased small muffin cups. Press dough evenly against bottom and sides of each cup.
  3. Heat oven to 350.
  4. In medium bowl, combine egg, sugar, melted butter, lemon juice and vanilla; stir until smooth.
  5. Add chopped peanut butter chips. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with mixture.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes or until filling is set and lightly browned. Garnish with candied cherries if desired.
