Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut each slice of bread diagonally so you have 4 triangles from each slice.
  2. Heat oven to 250 degrees F.
  3. Place the triangles on an ungreaded cookie sheet and bake for 50 minutes or until light brown, dry and crispy Meanwhile in a saucepan combine.
  4. Peanut butter oil& brown sugar.
  5. Stir occasioally until the mixture is heated through.
  6. Spread the wheatgerm out on a large sheet of waxed paper.
  7. Add the toaster triangles, a couple at a time to the peanut butter mixture.
  8. Stir gently to coat the bread pieces.
  9. Roll triangles in the wheatgerm.
  10. Place on rack to dry.
