  2. Mix flour and butter like pie crust - add peanuts and spread in 9x13 greased pan.
  3. Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.set aside until cool.
  4. To prepare FIRST TOPPING:.
  5. Cream first 3 ingredients, then blend in Cool Whip.
  6. Spread on top of cooked baked crust.
  7. To prepare SECOND TOPPING:.
  8. Mix all ingredients with mixer until thick - spread on top of cream cheese topping.
  9. To prepare THIRD TOPPING:.
  10. Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding mixture.
  11. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chopped chocolate bar.refrigerate.
