Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup ight corn srup
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Line a 10 x 12 cookie sheet with foil.
  2. In heavy pot, mix sugar syrup andwater. bring to boil
  3. Stir in peanuts
  4. Cook, stirring often until nuts smelled parched..about 15 min.
  5. Add baking soda , stir quickly. it will foam and turn a golden color
  6. Quick pour on cookie sheet.
  7. Cool, break in pieces.
