Peaches, Basil And Red Onion Salad

Directions:

  1. Wash fuzz off of peaches
  2. Slice into 1/2 thick wedges
  3. Slice the red onion very thin and toss peaches with basil, lemon juice, and ground pepper
  4. Drizzle olive oil over and serve.
