Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat egg, pumpkin,. Add oil, sugar, butter and mix well. Add dry ingredients, mix well.
  2. Grease and flour a large cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
  3. ICING:.
  4. Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread on cooled bars.
