Pasta With Tuna Tomatoes and Capers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare tomatoes and place in medium bowl. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
  2. Meanwhile boil 1 quarts of water with some salt to cook the pasta. Cook partly covered until tender. Drain and then return pasta to pot.
  3. Add Tuna (with the oil), garlic, oregano, capers, feta and basil (or parsley) to tomatoes. Toss to coat.
  4. Add tomato mixture to pasta. Toss to coat again.
  5. Serve with extra feta cheese sprinkled on top.
