Ingredients:

  • 5 oz dried rotini pasta (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chunky ragu garden combination tomato sauce

Directions:

  1. Cook Rotini according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cold water. Drain Well.
  2. For pasta crust, in a large bowl combine egg, milk, and Parmesan cheese. Stir in drained rotini. Spread rotini mixture evenly in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook ground beef until brown. Drain. Stir in pasta sauce. Spoon meat mixture over baked rotini crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in the 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes more until heated through and cheese is melted. To serve, cut into wedges.
