Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta as directions indicate,tender but firm
  2. Drain,rinse with cold water,drain again.
  3. In a bowl,put orzo and add the tomatoes.
  4. PESTO DRESSING:
  5. Combine basil leaves,garlic,pine nuts,and oil in a blender.
  6. Process till smooth.
  7. Turn into a bowl and beat in cheese and the half&half.
  8. Stir dressing into pasta mixture.
  9. Transfer into a serving dish and sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts.
  10. Garnish with Basil sprigs.
