Ingredients:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 pint milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g ham or 100 g chicken or 100 g tuna

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta in a pan of water and a pich of salt for around 15 minutes.
  2. Then in another pan put the flour and butter and cook until the butter has melted
  3. Then gradually add milk and stir for about 5 minutes for the sauce to thicken.
  4. Then when the sauce has thickened add the grated cheese.
  5. Then take it of the heat and add the meat or tuna to the sauce.
  6. Then put the pasta in an ovenproof dish then add the sauce.
  7. Then add the parmasan cheese on top of the dish
  8. Then cook for about 20 minutes or untill its browns.
  9. Best served warm/hot.
