Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Work salmon, cream cheese and herbs in a processor until smooth and pretty.
  2. Reserve 1-2 tbsp finely chopped herbs.
  3. Spread alfalfa sprouts on a large tray or flat dish
  4. Top each cucumber slice with 1 tbsp of salmon spread
  5. Arrange cucumber slices on top of alfalfa
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the slices
  7. Serve immediately and don't let them sit too long in a warm room (foolish me, they won't last more than 10 minutes, they will all be eaten before then)
